All Sales are Final Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once they have been shipped. Please ensure you have selected the correct items before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@roseandpulse.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.
